Über uns
Bei uns - ca. 1 km von der B300 entfernt und aus beiden Fahrtrichtungen gut zu erreichen - servieren wir Ihnen in geschmackvollen Gasträumen neben reichhaltigen Standardgerichten, wechselnde Tagesgerichte vor allem gerne jahreszeitlich abgestimmte Spezialitäten.
Unsere Wirtin und Köchin Silvia Kottmair
Auf Qualität und Frische achtet u.a. die Tochter des Hauses, die 2014 das Lokal auch als Wirtin und Köchin übernommen hat. Ihre Ausbildung absolvierte Silvia Kottmair in Augsburg im Restaurant “Die Ecke” bei Dr. Diepold, bewies ihre Kochkunst dann in Ravensburg im Romantik Hotel Wahldorn bei Monsieur Bouley, spätere Stationen waren der Robinson Club auf Mallorca und die famose Kristallhütte in Kaltenbach/Tirol.
Unsere Küche
In unserer kreativen Küche, werden frische, heimische Erzeugnisse verwendet. Das Fleisch kommt von Metzgern aus der Region, die noch selbst Schlachten. Zu jedem Braten gibt es einen eigenen Bratenfond und Paniertes kommt bei uns aus der Pfanne. In der Spargelzeit bis 24. Juni servieren wir in unserem Familienbetrieb den Spargel Spargel à la minute
